The Texas Longhorn Support Network (TLSN) has expanded its charitable goals from an informal network established in 2004 to a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization. TLSN aims to support a wide range of individuals who share a common heritage and bond by representing UT Austin in collegiate sports. The organization has raised $250,000 to assist qualifying former student-athletes and graduates who have fallen through society's safety nets. Many individuals have joined the fundraising efforts to support and assist former Longhorns who once were part of U.T. Athletics.
TLSN is an independent organization celebrating Longhorn Sports History and assisting qualifying Horns who need temporary financial assistance.
TLSN is not associated with the UT Athletics Department or any organization closely aligned with UT, such as the Texas Exes.
TLSN is a 501 (c) (3) composed of an educational and charitable component. The TLSN website is a free public site building bridges linking past, present, and future Longhorns

The Fair Use Doctrine applies to the TLSN website. Fair use is a limitation and exception to the exclusive right granted by copyright law to the author of a creative work.
