James "Jim" Hull

James Nace Hull passed peacefully on October 7, 2023 in Houston, Texas at the age of 74 after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Born in Pasadena Texas to Melicent Tolar and Nace Hardin Hull, Jim was an all-around athlete.
Picked for 1961 National Little League All-Stars Championship. Pasadena High: Football, Baseball, Basketball, Track- he set State High Jump Record. Jimmy's 1st airplane ride in 1967 landed him a full football scholarship &...TWO Longhorn Football National Championships 1969 & 1970.
Jim received degrees in Chemical Engineering from UT & Law degree at UH Law Center.
At work and home, he will be remembered as a kind, generous, smiling peace maker.
Jim is survived by his wife Betty Paredes, daughter Christina & Karl-Henry Martinsson, son Jonathan & April Hull, step daughter Alyx & Andrew Gautier-Winther. Grandchildren Oliver, Benjamin, Maxime. Brothers Robert & Susan Hull, John Hull &Laura Ewing, Jeff & Rebecca Hull. He also leaves behind nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
